Borteley’s Authentic is a small business that is run by people who love the foods that come from the homeland.
We started in early 2021, born out of the frustration of never being able to find shitɔ. Not just any shitɔ but shitɔ that was made by real Ghanians and shitɔ that hits the spot right.
At Borteley’s Authentic, we care about creating authentic flavours and capturing everything that represents Real Ghanaian food in our recipes.
Authenticity is the name and consequently our recipes use only the best ingredients, some of them coming from the Gold coast herself.
