The Body People started in 2010 with a few dance classes taught by Chloe Redmond.
Over the years she qualified in Zumba®, Pilates, PT, Spin and Pre & Post Natal Exercise. It wasn’t until she expanded and opened up classes in Box&Core, HIIT, Yoga, Pregnancy Fitness, Mums Fitness, Legs Bums & Tums, Brave Woman Bootcamp, Multi Fitness and Baby Massage & Yoga with a small specialist team of all female instructors; that she re-branded to The Body People.
We are where the “old Walthamstow” meets the “new Walthamstow” in that our client base and us instructors, are a mix of class, race and age. We specialise in fitness, wellbeing and PT sessions that endeavor to provide you with quality, affordable and fun exercise in the community.
